Clinicians turn to Electronic Forms to choose an existing form in .pdf, .doc, or an IDinc proprietary format, merge it with patient-specific demographic data, render it on tablets such as the iPad, complete, sign and date it with a stylus or finger, and automatically insert it into patients’ electronic medical record. It’s efficient, effective, and easy to use.

The Forms Manager manages the lifecycle of all your forms. It routes modified or new forms for commenting, keeps track of approvals, and inventories approved and retired forms for reference. An email-based tickler system notifies managers when a form is due for periodic review, providing another simple solution for all your form-related needs. You’ll never lose track of a form again.

The Forms Workflow Engine replaces paper forms with eForms that can be routed and completed online. It is used for administrative forms such as material requisitions, purchase requests, time off/vacation requests and more. The captured data is extracted to create electronic files that are interfaced to other systems and used for creating reports.
